Certified Organic Meat | Project launched in 2000 at the Tacuarembó Unit to meet the needs of European consumers. The initiative supports the production of organic beef and lamb for demanding markets.

Certified Angus Beef | In 2011, the Tacuarembó Angus Beef and Tacuarembó Angus Premium Beef lines were launched, with both enjoying international recognition and certification by the United States and the European Union.

Certified Grass-fed Beef | Club representing more than 75 producers and with over 211,000 hectares certified. The animals feed solely on pasture and are hormone and antibiotic free.

Intensive Fattening | Agreement forged with certain feedlot units seeking to reduce their grain costs for both the fattening and raising phases. The contracts include bonuses that are awarded based on product attributes.
