All phases of Marfrig Beef's production process are monitored by a Quality Assurance team, which audits and certifies manufacturing procedures and practices, while identifying, monitoring and preventing risks:

Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) Certification (IFS) International Featured Standards (IFS Food) is a standard for certifying the safety and quality of food products and production processes. It was initially developed in Berlin, Germany. 1
HACCP Certification Quality certification for the food industry. Helps organizations demonstrate to stakeholders their commitment to food safety and that stated requirements are being met. 16
Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) Certification (BRC) The British Retail Consortium (BRC) is a global standard for managing the safety and quality of food production. It is recognized by the world’s leading retailers: Carrefour, Tesco, ICA, Metro, Migros, Ahold, Walmart and Delhaize. 16

Animal Welfare (Standard AMI) The American Meat Institute (AMI) establishes international standards for upholding animal welfare rights. 7
TESCO - Quality and Social Responsibility Tesco is a British multinational retailer headquartered in the United Kingdom. Tesco’s approval means the company complies with all the food quality and safety requirements and ethical labor practices of its clients. 5
Alianza del Pastizal  To promote conservation of the Pampa biome and its rich biodiversity, Alianza del Pastizal was created, an initiative led by BirdLife International jointly with its representatives SAVE Brazil, Aves Argentinas, Guyra Paraguay and Aves Uruguay. Alianza del Pastizal-certified products are sourced from farms that comply with the protocol of the beef program of Alianza del Pastizal, which promotes good management practices on native land to ensure the preservation of these birds. 3
